There’s a golden shovel propped up at the Rona Barrett Foundation office and I plan to use it in 2020!

50 years – half a century – has passed since the music phenomenon Woodstock happened on a large farm in upstate New York. Its echoed refrains of peace, love and music still resonate with so many of us all these years later.

Welcome May, that time of year when spring is in full bloom and there’s a slight hint of summer in the air! May is also National Senior Citizens Month, a time to recognize the elderly of our communities who have done so much for our country.
